Sublime music, finding your tribe, filling your cup
A five week song circle for new mums, singing folk lullabies, connecting with other mamas, being nurtured and nourished.
The Lullaby Ensemble is a song and wellbeing project for new mums and their pre-crawling babies. Its an opportunity to create the most beautiful sound and make space for your own wellbeing.
Whether you’ve always been a singer or have never sung before, this group is for you. This is a mum’s group with a difference. We’ll learn a new lullaby each week from folk traditions around the world as well as making time for meditation and a nourishing morning tea. This is a space to create sublime music, find your village and fill your cup.
You spend so much time as a mama nurturing your baby and meeting their needs. But your needs are important too, mama. We’d love you to join us and let us nurture and honour you.
‘It was so empowering to connect to my voice again. I’m far from a singer but I love the creativity and the power of using the voice. It always ended with a big snooze for the twins and always set me up for a good day.’Lullaby Ensemble Mama

Childcare at In-Person Events

Elizabeth Gilbert says in Big Magic that creative ideas are out therein the cosmos to be grasped. Sometimes people catch them- and let them go. Sometimes people hold them close and breathe life into them. That’s what you’re doing- bringing life to a wonderful idea.
